7 Days Coffee wasn’t born behind a desk. It was shaped on the road—on long rides through Colombia’s mountains,

on a motorcycle loaded with nothing but curiosity and the desire to find real coffee, not catalog samples.

After a career in the Netherlands as the owner of two restaurants and an automotive company, the founder decided—

post-Covid—to start over with something purer. His journey led him deep into Colombia, where every road tells a story

and every farmer has one worth hearing.

Those roads weren’t always gentle. Many were nothing more than narrow strips of mud carved into the mountainside,

with no guardrails and only the sound of the engine and the rain for company. We rode through storms, over washed-out

paths, through forests that swallowed the daylight. There were moments when the wheels slipped, when the drop beside

us looked endless, when the only choice was to keep going.

But we kept going for a reason: authenticity.

Our coffee doesn’t come from a catalog. It doesn’t come from a warehouse pile or a federation batch. It comes straight from

the hands of the people who grow it. Farmers we’ve met in person—after long, muddy rides—to understand their land, their

process, their passion.

Today, 7 Days Coffee works directly with 7 independent farmers across Colombia. We purchase our beans personally, roast

them locally to protect their character, and package them into convenient 10-gram drip bags for travelers, hotels, restaurants,

and anyone who wants pure Colombian coffee without compromise.

As we expand into Turkey, India, and the United Arab Emirates, we carry those journeys with us—the rain, the mud, the forest roads,

the conversations with farmers at wooden tables in remote fincas. Because every cup we deliver should reflect that effort,

that honesty, and that connection.7 Days Coffee is more than a brand.

It’s a promise: real coffee, from real people, brought to you the real way—seven days a week.

Jimmy Manjeet

At 42, my journey has taken me from the bustling streets of Rotterdam— where I ran two restaurants and a garage company (in Breda) — to the steep, untamed mountains of Colombia.

After witnessing how hard businesses were hit during COVID, I made a life-changing decision: to close the chapter in the Netherlands and dedicate myself fully to something that truly moved me — coffee.

Since May 2024, I’ve been living and working in Cali, travelling across Colombia to meet farmers, visit fincas, and search for beans that carry real soul. I personally handle every step of the journey: sourcing, building relationships with farmers and buyers, daily operations, and expanding our sales to countries like Türkiye, India and across Europe.

I founded 7 Days Coffee with one mission — to bring honest, high-quality Colombian coffee to the world, chosen not from an office, but from the mountains themselves.

Every cup we sell is a cup I’ve fought to find.
