Sevilla is located in the Valle de Cauca region, at an altitude of between 1,200 and 1,800 meters and contains from 1.2% to 1.5%.
The high altitude, together with the cool climate and fertile volcanic soil, contributes to a slow ripening of the coffee beans, resulting in a richer and more complex taste.
The Sevilla, is known for its mild, balanced flavors with notes of chocolate, nuts and fruity accents.
The coffee is picked by hand, which ensures a careful selection of only the best berries.
